1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and no1jili ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the no1jili website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on no1jili, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the no1jili Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of no1jili or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

no1jili reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by no1jili may result in suspension or closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on no1jili. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. no1jili is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You agree to notify no1jili immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. no1jili will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC). no1jili operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Accounts that fail KYC verification may be suspended pending investigation.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. no1jili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (₱) via the following approved methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and local bank transfer (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank). Debit card deposits may also be available subject to your issuing bank's policies.

4.2 Prohibited Funding Sources. The following funding sources are strictly prohibited on no1jili: (a) any form of cryptocurrency; (b) credit cards used for gambling deposit purposes, which are prohibited under current Philippine payment regulations. Deposits made via prohibited methods will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended.

4.3 Minimum Deposits & Withdrawals. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your no1jili account dashboard and may be updated from time to time. no1jili reserves the right to impose transaction limits at its discretion.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the Platform's help section. no1jili reserves the right to delay processing of withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible.

4.5 Player Funds. Funds deposited into your no1jili account are held for the purpose of gaming activity on the Platform. no1jili maintains player funds in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. Deposited funds do not accrue interest.

4.6 Currency. All transactions on no1jili are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Any currency conversion costs arising from your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by no1jili are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated for each promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. no1jili reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

5.4 One Welcome Bonus Per Player. Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method. no1jili reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.

5.5 Modification or Cancellation of Promotions. no1jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to player accounts in good faith.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the no1jili Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software, algorithm, or random number generator used by no1jili.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with any criminal enterprise.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing no1jili staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reclaimed.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership. All content on the no1jili Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout — is the property of no1jili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License. no1jili grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to: (a) reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content; (b) modify or create derivative works based on Platform content; (c) use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.

7.3 Trademarks. The no1jili name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the Company. You may not use any no1jili trademark without prior written consent from the Company.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

8.1 Platform Availability. no1jili provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.

8.2 Game Outcomes. All game outcomes on no1jili are determined by certified random number generators. no1jili makes no representation or warranty regarding the likelihood of winning any particular game. Past results do not indicate or guarantee future outcomes.

8.3 Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no1jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if no1jili has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.4 Maximum Liability. In any event, no1jili's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your no1jili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.5 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless no1jili and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

9.1 Termination by Player. You may close your no1jili account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

9.2 Termination by no1jili. no1jili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) no1jili is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive; (c) no1jili reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with your account; or (d) you are found to be ineligible to use the Platform.

9.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for cause, no1jili reserves the right to forfeit all balances in your account, including real-money funds, where permitted by applicable law and where such forfeiture is proportionate to the nature of the breach. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.

9.4 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming purposes may do so through the tools available on our Responsible Gaming page. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are treated with full confidentiality.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and no1jili arising from your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may contact our support team to initiate this process.

10.3 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any such dispute.

10.4 Regulatory Complaints. If you believe no1jili has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations, you may raise a complaint with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) through the appropriate regulatory channels.

11. Changes to These Terms

no1jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the no1jili Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 9.1 above.
